@avery_sabrina_sketch
Avery & Sabrina (Dallas, TX)
Just in time for the end of the world, Avery & Sabrina have crafted a show built upon the two, foundational pillars of sketch comedy: existential dread and quantum mechanics. A spiritual successor to their award-winning debut Avery & Sabrina are Doing a Sketch Show, their new show Avery & Sabrina are Dead! features Avery Baker, Sabrina Lichtenstein, and their very special guest, Daniel R. States. Each progressively absurd sketch is narratively tied together by their overarching question: wait - are we dead? Inspired by classic works such as "Waiting for Godot", "Rosencrantz and Guildenstern Are Dead", and "The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City", "Avery & Sabrina Are Dead!" delivers fast-paced humor alongside the stark realization that essence may in fact precede existence....or whatever that guy said.
Avery (Avery Baker) and Sabrina (Sabrina Lichtenstein) have been performing sketch comedy for over four years. As founding members and now coaches of the Dallas Comedy Club Sketch Team, they quickly became known for their on stage chemistry, talent, and dedication. Their debut show, Avery and Sabrina Are Doing a Sketch Show, premiered at the inaugural Dallas Independent Comedy Festival in 2025 and went on to tour major festivals including San Francisco Sketch Fest, Out of Bounds Comedy Festival, and Denver Sketch Fest—where it won the prestigious award Best of Fest.

With Sabrina’s extensive improv background and Avery’s theater training, these co-writers and friends(?) continue to develop their distinct brand of chaos and keep audiences laughing coast to coast. Their latest project, Avery and Sabrina Are Dead, is a brand‑new, never‑before‑seen show that proves the duo’s comedy is very much alive—delivering just as many laughs and absurdity as their first hit.

@bigolmesscomedy
Big Ol' Mess (Denver, CO)
Big Ol’ Mess show is not your typical sketch show. Their performances range from smart to dumb, leaving audiences cackling and enamored. Each show is carefully curated with original soundtracks and transition music — all created by the performers themselves — yet the vibe stays fun and loose, as these veteran improvisers welcome discovery and hilarious chaos within every sketch. No two Big Ol’ Mess shows are the same, but see one, and you'll be in love. Featuring Connor Schuck, Dan Burger, and Katie Congrove.
Big Ol' Mess has performed in numerous festivals across North America, including Montreal Sketchfest (where they were selected for the Best of the Fest showcase), Austin Sketch Fest, Philly Sketchfest, Portland Sketch Comedy Festival (3x), DC Sketchfest, Denver Sketch Festival (2x), and the RISE Comedy Festival.

Outside of festivals, Big Ol’ Mess has performed in numerous sold-out shows in Denver, as well as two shows at the BCC – Eris Mainstage. They have also performed in both the 2024 and 2025 Cam Wyllie Sketch Comedy Invitationals. In 2025, they were the $10,000 Grand Prize winners of the Cam Wyllie Sketch Comedy Invitational.

Dan Burger (Los Angeles, CA)
Dan Burger’s solo sketch show is packed with varying characters and one man sketches. Over the course of the show, the audience will be met with idiosyncratic characters who each have their own spin on the world. Between the character performances are various one man sketches and bits that are built for a live stage.

It’s a fourth-wall breaking show full of kinetic energy whose goal is to leave people saying “I’ve never seen anything like that!”. Dan has crafted the show to be a mix of witty and absurdist humor, pulling inspiration from shows like Whitest Kids U’Know and Broad City, or comedians like Conan O’Brien and Eric André.
Dan Burger is a writer and performer with over a decade of comedy experience. He began his comedy career in his youth at ComedySportz Indianapolis, and later studied with his college improv team under iO Chicago. He spent 4 years teaching and performing improv in Colorado at Improv Boulder and RISE Comedy, where he also joined the indie sketch team Big Ol’ Mess.

As a writer and performer on Big Ol’ Mess, he got to perform in sketch comedy festivals all across North America, including Portland, Denver, Austin, Toronto, Montreal, Philadelphia, D.C., and New York City, and even won the grand prize at the Cam Wyllie Sketch Comedy Invitational 2025.

Now, he is based in Los Angeles studying improv and sketch under The Groundlings School and performing regularly with the Pack Theater house sketch team, Bonus Feature. He has been taking everything he has learned in comedy over the past 10 years to write and perform his solo sketch show, full of physical comedy, unique characters, and bits built for the live stage.

Whistlebridge (Tulsa, OK)
Whistlebridge is a Regency-era comedy show inspired by Bridgerton. Performed in full period costume, the show centers on status, reputation, and the quiet brutality of polite society. Every glance, invitation, and whispered rumor carries social consequence, where even the smallest misstep can mean public disgrace.

The evening unfolds as a high-society drama with constant power shifts, collapsing alliances, and manners used as both shield and weapon. Elegant, petty, and ruthless beneath the decorum. Starring Becca Dunagan, Ben Harper, Bryson Pahh, Chris Rogers, Erin Rowe, Jeff Brown, Natalia Rossi, Nicole Vance, and Ryan Castle.
